Meet Alana Aviel
Alana is an educator, author, and host of Existential Intimacy Podcast, whose work lives at the intersection of identity psychology, nervous system science, subconscious rewiring, and existential inquiry. After rising quickly as an artist in New York City, building a career that carried recognition and momentum, she discovered that visible success can quietly bind the body in constraint when identity is built on survival rather than truth. When that structure began to unravel, she stepped away from the noise of the city and spent seven years in the forest, dismantling inherited beliefs and studying the architecture of perception itself.
From that radical departure emerged Existential Intimacy, a body of work devoted to helping people break limiting patterns at the root and move from unconscious repetition into conscious authorship. By weaving nervous system regulation with belief transformation and disciplined self inquiry, she teaches that freedom is not found in escape or performance but in intimate contact with reality. Her work guides individuals to release self sabotage, outgrow reactive identities, and build lives that feel internally coherent, creatively alive, and free from the constraints they once mistook for destiny.

That which breaks you open, will blow your mind.
If something in you recognizes this path, I invite you into a different kind of work.
Working with me is not about adopting a new identity or layering inspiration on top of old patterns. It is an immersive experience in dismantling the unconscious structures that have shaped your choices, relationships, ambition, and sense of self. Together we examine the architecture of your beliefs, the survival strategies encoded in your nervous system, and the narratives you have mistaken for truth.
This is disciplined, intimate work. We slow down enough to feel what has been driving you beneath the surface, and we develop the capacity to meet reality without collapsing into it. You learn how your perception has been organizing your experience, how self sabotage forms, and how to interrupt repetition at its root rather than managing its symptoms.
Our time together blends nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring, and clear strategic integration so that insight does not remain abstract. The goal is not endless processing, but embodied authorship. You leave with a deeper coherence between your inner world and your outer life, and with the ability to choose rather than react.
If you are ready to move beyond performance, beyond inherited narratives, and into a life that feels internally aligned and creatively alive, I welcome you to step into this work. This is an invitation to freedom from constraint, to conscious participation with your own existence, and to building a reality that reflects who you are becoming rather than who you were conditioned to be.
When you are ready, reach out and begin.

A love letter from me and Existence
Dear Visionary,
Have you ever built a life that looked extraordinary from the outside and quietly wondered why it did not feel like home in your body?
I rose quickly as an artist in New York City, moving through rooms filled with brilliance and momentum that felt intoxicating. From the outside it looked like arrival, and for a time I believed recognition and fulfillment were the same. Yet beneath that visible success was a steady contraction, as though each achievement required me to narrow rather than expand.
The unraveling came gradually. Opportunities held less appeal, certainty in my desires thinned, and the identity I had constructed around ambition began to loosen. What I once experienced as momentum revealed itself as acceleration without intimacy, movement that was not grounded in self contact.
Leaving the city became a necessity at the level of my nervous system. I spent seven years living in the forest, stripped of applause and persona, confronted only with silence and my own architecture of belief. In that space I saw how survival had shaped my identity, how discipline often masked contraction, and how inherited narratives quietly defined the limits of my life.
Immersing myself in nervous system expansion and subconscious rewiring as guided by the mirror of nature, I began to understand how fear disguises itself as drive and how repetition is mistaken for destiny. I saw that much of what we call success is a socially rewarded form of self abandonment, where we override the body in pursuit of validation.
In those years I fell in love with something deeper than achievement. I fell in love with existence itself and with the freedom that emerges when unconscious constraint is dismantled. Making love to existence, for me, means meeting reality with openness and choosing authorship over reflex.
Today I work as an educator, author, and coach blending nervous system science, subconscious rewiring, and grounded strategy to help others break limiting beliefs at the root. I guide individuals out of self sabotage and reactive identity and into lives that feel internally coherent rather than externally impressive.
If you sense that success alone cannot give you intimacy with your own life, you may be ready for this work. What I offer is not a quick fix, but a disciplined exploration of the structures shaping your reality and the freedom that becomes possible when you see them clearly.
Thank you for meeting me here.
With Love from the Great Divine,
Alana Aviel
